Lexington Kentucky based songwriter Eric Bolander is a working musician and visual arts teacher. We were introduced by fellow songwriter and artist Abe Partridge, who has also been featured on this podcast.

Eric is notably excited about a new relationship with Eastwood Records. Eastwood is working with Eric on the re-release of his 2017 album The Wind. There’s plenty to be excited about. The promotional activity for this re-release offers a potential boost for Eric’s music career.

Robonzo: What habits or routines have best served you throughout your music journey?

Eric: “…try and stay hydrated while touring and play a little every day.”

Robonzo: What’s your number one way of dealing with the voice of self doubt?

Eric: “I just keep getting in front of strangers and singing my songs… sometimes someone makes a connection afterwards or a few familiar faces will song along during… those moments may seem very small to them, but resonate through my whole existence… I’ll always be honored to have folks coming to a show with the intentions of hearing my songs! And then there’s always Kentucky Bourbon. ;)”
